Project total investment 200 million yuan, has advanced machining center cluster first-class manufacturing equipment, a large number of USES efficient intelligent soft wire production line. The main equipment are: the engine assembly line a eight machine, horizontal machining center, vertical machining center of nine     and car milling compound machine. Professional equipment are: coreless grinding, plane grinding, leak detector, honing machine, through type cleaning machine, air compressor, etc. Other common equipment: CNC lathe, CNC milling machine, large punch, small punch, wire cutting, etc. Testing equipment mainly has: three coordinates measuring instrument, automatic leak tester, gas measurement instruments, torsion tester, hardness tester, salt spray testing machine, metallographic microscope, projector, roughness meter, cylindricity meter, etc. The engine assembly has reached the production capacity of 50000 units/year (650 cc - 3000 cc petrol engine), cylinder block, cylinder head production capacity has reached 100000 pieces per year. The company has passed ISO/TS16949:2002 quality management system certification, products have passed 3 c certification, the current total import lean production management, ensure the company's products have strong market competitiveness.
